Hardware manufacturers Colorful and AOOSTAR released new workstation systems built around the AMD Gorgon Halo Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495 processor. The hardware rollout brings high-capacity unified memory configurations and integrated high-end graphics to the mini PC and mobile workstation market.

Colorful introduced two distinct hardware products using the new AMD architecture. The Lingchuang Mini Pro mini PC includes configurations with up to 196 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 unified memory, starting at a base capacity of 96 GB. The system allows users to assign up to 160 GB of this memory directly to VRAM for the Radeon 8065S graphics.
Alongside the desktop unit, the company launched the Lingchuang K16 mobile workstation laptop on JD.com for ¥34,999. This laptop model integrates up to 128 GB of unified memory, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, and a 180 Hz IPS display. The portable system runs on a 160 W TDP APU, powers its components with a 99 Wh battery, and includes 2 TB of PCIe 4.0 storage alongside dual M.2 PCIe slots. Pricing and availability dates for the Lingchuang Mini Pro remain unannounced.
AOOSTAR Mini PC
AOOSTAR revealed its entry into the same hardware category with the NEX495S mini PC. The desktop unit centers on the 16-core and 32-thread Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495 system-on-chip. The machine supports up to 192 GB of LPDDR5X unified memory. This memory architecture enables users to allocate nearly 160 GB of capacity toward video memory. The processor configuration also delivers up to 131 AI TOPS of local computing power. The manufacturer has not yet shared pricing or retail availability details for the NEX495S.
The arrival of these systems provides users with local hardware capable of running large language models and demanding graphics workloads. The high unified memory ceilings permit memory allocations reaching 160 GB of VRAM across both manufacturers' desktop platforms.
