The announcement follows earlier confusion regarding regional availability after the Australian Classification Board refused the title a classification rating over a controlled substance mechanic.

IllFonic initially stated that the title would be blocked in both Australia and New Zealand due to the classification denial. However, New Zealand's Office of Film and Literature Classification subsequently confirmed that no local regulatory ruling bars the game from release within the country.
Platform Availability and Formats
The digital version will launch on September 8, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. While digital storefronts in New Zealand will stock the game on launch day, physical editions face delays due to distribution rules, and physical copies remain entirely blocked in Australia.
