Nintendo has rolled out a new batch of weekly Pokémon Pokopia profile icons for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, alongside the confirmation that The Binding of Isaac Repentance + Online is heading to the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.
Weekly Icon Distribution Details
Subscribers can access the new Pokopia icon wave through the Nintendo Switch Online app on their consoles. The rewards are priced at 10 platinum points for character icons, while backgrounds and frames cost 5 points each. The current rotation remains active until September 1, when the lineup updates. These rewards are redeemable across both current hardware and the upcoming console ecosystem.
Switch 2 Software Lineup
Nicalis has scheduled The Binding of Isaac Repentance + Online for a November 19, 2026 release, launching in both physical and digital formats for the Nintendo Switch 2. This version expands the roguelike's infrastructure by introducing native four-player online co-op compatible with all game modes. Additional features include built-in voice chat, custom emote wheels, over 700 items, and more than 300 distinct enemy types.
These concurrent updates indicate how Nintendo and third-party publishers are maintaining engagement on existing hardware while establishing software pipelines for the Switch 2.
