Independence and Self-Publishing
"deliver titles in a wider variety of styles"

NetEase cooperated during the discussions that led to the studio regaining its independence.
Future Operations
The studio developed self-publishing know-how during its time under the parent company. This experience gives the developer options to choose how its future games reach the market while it continues to build unique titles.
This newfound autonomy enables the team to carefully evaluate publishing paths for upcoming projects on a case-by-case basis. Suda51 and his personnel aim to leverage their enhanced operational capabilities to maintain creative control over their eccentric library of video games moving forward.
Romeo Is A Dead Man stands as the solitary title completed and published during the three-year period in which the developer operated as a subsidiary of the Chinese technology conglomerate.
