Pokémon Bank Shutdown Date
The Pokémon Company has scheduled the permanent closure of Pokémon Bank for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems for February 26, 2027. Ahead of this termination, players must migrate their stored Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME to prevent permanent data loss, as the service will no longer function or allow retrievals after the deadline.
Expansion Pack Additions
Nintendo added Super Mario Sunshine to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack library. The title is playable immediately for current subscribers on the Nintendo Switch 2 at no additional software cost, expanding the retro catalog available natively on the current-generation hardware.
