Pixar used the D23 Disney Entertainment Showcase to unveil its upcoming theatrical slate, headlined by official greenlights and plot details for Incredibles 3 and Coco 2, alongside the announcement of an original feature titled Ghost Market.
Incredibles 3 and Ghost Market
Incredibles 3 is scheduled for a 2028 release. The narrative centers on the Parr children operating as superheroes within a corporatized hero infrastructure.
Pixar also revealed Ghost Market, an original supernatural feature set at a hidden crossroads connecting the living and the dead. The film is slated for a theatrical release in Spring 2028.
Coco 2 Development
Coco 2 is officially set to premiere in theaters in November 2029. The sequel follows a teenage Miguel alongside Dante. Benjamin Bratt returns to voice Ernesto de la Cruz, who seeks revenge in the plot.
These announcements solidify Pixar's production timeline through the end of the decade, anchoring the studio's output between established intellectual property sequels and supernatural original concepts.
