Meridiem Games and Fangamer have scheduled the physical release of Stardew Valley - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition for February 5, 2027, priced at 44.99 euros. Concurrently, Nintendo has announced network maintenance windows for the Switch Online service taking place between August 16 and August 19, 2026.
Physical release and upgrade path
The upcoming physical cartridge for Nintendo's successor console includes an 18-page instruction manual and integrates native mouse controls. Owners of the original Nintendo Switch version are entitled to a free digital upgrade to the Switch 2 edition. The physical edition will hit retail shelves directly on the February release date.
Infrastructure downtime schedule
