Marvel Studios has set an October 14 premiere date for VisionQuest on Disney+, anchoring a wave of multi-platform updates revealed at D23 alongside commercial milestones for the brand's active gaming roster.
VisionQuest Trailer and Cast
The upcoming Disney+ series features Paul Bettany returning as the titular synthezoid. The cast expands with James Spader stepping into the role of Ultron in a human form, alongside Ruaridh Mollica portraying Tommy Shepard. The initial trailer establishes the narrative direction of the series following the events of WandaVision.
Gaming Sales and Steam Rankings
Arc System Works' fighting title Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls has reached an estimated 485,000 copies sold. Sales distribution heavily favors consoles, with 74 percent on PlayStation 5 and the remaining 26 percent on Steam, according to industry analyst data.
Simultaneously, NetEase's Marvel Rivals claimed the top-selling position on the US Steam charts. This climb coincides with the deployment of the Swimsuit Special cosmetic update, which introduces seasonal swimwear skins for Scarlet Witch, Storm, Magik, and Black Cat.
These concurrent releases demonstrate Marvel's coordinated push across episodic streaming and live-service gaming ecosystems. VisionQuest arrives on Disney+ on October 14, while the updated gaming content for Tokon and Rivals is currently available across PC and console storefronts.
